Choice Hotels : Book Hotels app good for

We used it to book our hotels during our US trip. You have the chance to view how the hotels look like. Unfortunaty this feature is not existing for the hotels in Europe. I also like the overview of all last stays and the status of the account.

I have used this app many times and it is very convenient and easy, love the fact it gives you the CAA/AAA rate right on here!

This app does exactly what it supposed to do! You cant ask for any more than that.

App did what it was supposed to do -- show me options and let me book a room.

I have used this to book rooms lots of times and it works great. Tracks your bookings points etc. Great App

You guys got this app right. The ability to have your confirmation info in your wallet on the iPhone and Apple Watch, is phenomenal innovation and programming. Good work.

Some bad moments

Whenever i am trying to retrieve my bookings getting errors, no good

Cant type anything in the search hotel function. Tough start!

When logged in: Cant even see my upcoming reservations anymore and not able to save the Extra preferences...error message

It is very frustrating to login with a new devise or when entering login info. The pictures are very small and in distinct. No info if you have entered something else wrong or just cannot see something small in the picture.

The iphone installation of the app will not allow my account to be viewed. It just skips over it and will not allow you to back up to it. Ipad works fine

On numerous occasions I have tried to reserve a room using the app and an error appears. I have notified Choice hotels several times but they say they will tell someone and I doubt they do. Hopefully this review will get through to someone who can fix the app.
