Missing stays

Just on hold twice on phone, cut off. Missing all stays this quarter. Had to reload app which I had NOT done anything to. Now acts like doesnt know me and wont let me put anything in. I just used app last week with no problems . Now my app got stuck and would do nothing except frozen on missing info . Had to delete and reinstall
