A miserable stay At Quality Inn in Milington, TN

Ive used choice hotels many,many,many
Times (usually comfort inn)...
This Quality inn was a horror story...l had reservations, I checked in Sept.1, 2016-9:00pm...I was checked into a used room
Garbage, soiled towels, the soap, shampoo and coffee condiments were used... the beds appeared to be made...so it took a minute
For me to realize the room hadnt been cleaned...After I complained to the front I was issued clean towels an garbage bags...two other rooms were vacant, but they were on the second floor...since we are Seniors that was
Not convenient for us! To top off everything else! Whats the purpose of having a key to the room, if every time we return to the room we are locked out an must go to the front desk to receive entry to the room....
A nightmare!!!
