I use this app a lot! Great way to find and book choice hotels!

STILL CRASHING. Every single time I enter my username and password, this app crashes. All the other previous versions (except for this one and the last one) work just fine, but this one totally crashes after I enter my username and password. Also the slider for saving your username and password does not work. And it never has. You have quite a bit of work to do.

App has not worked for last 2-3 revisions. When selecting a hotel next page is blank. Choice privledges info has to be reinstated every time. One cannot make a reservation. You are quickly loosing the business of our company which books hundreds to thousands of rooms per day. Net vip number has to be reinstated every time. App is useless !!,!,

Still cant save credit card info using the app......actually cant do it through the website either.

I never know if its going to work. Very frustrating. Ill try it if it works great Ill use Choice a Hotels. If not I go directly to Holiday Inn. It always works. You would think they could make something that consistently works but they cant do it. They havent been able to fix it and multiple updates and fixes have not improved the nonsense yet. Tired of a frustrating apps ?? Dont use this one. It will drive you crazy. Terrible terrible app.

I installed this app because I had a reservation @ a Choice Hotel and wanted all my info handy when I got there , seems to be user friendly and I havent had any issues with it. Guess I will keep it for future use .

Used to work perfectly. Now it doesnt work at all. Their website finest work very well either. Please fix!

I dont do a bunch of traveling but when I do its nice to have this app handy! Makes it a quick painless process to book a room without going through a bunch of BS!

Their whole system is currently all messed up. The app looks nice but is not functional. It says I am signed in, but there is always an error when trying to retrieve my information. They need this fixed. At one point, I had switched from Marriott to Choice, but I have since switched back.

Extremely helpful. Havent found any glitches, knock on wood. Very convenient while traveling out of state and havent decided where well stop for the night. Hotel reviews are easy to access and have been accurate so far.

Why not leave what works alone! This new update you have is confusing and worthless. This app is not worth the trouble lately. It worked flawlessly until you started tinkering with it. Now it does not work most of the time.

I have a rewards acct set up via web. Downloaded app, tried to login. Asks to verify Device. Times out. Awful app.

Im a fan of the app. I can open the app and book a room in about 60 seconds. It keeps me logged in unless Choice is having maintenance issues. If the app is down usually booking online is down too. Thats not an app issue.

Love the convenience and the pricing I get direct from Choice.

Used to love this app. As a business traveler I stay in hotels 2-3 nights a week, a Diamond member with Choice Hotels. It used to have Significant Organization Discount when finding hotels. For some reason they took it off. Now a senior or AARP member gets a cheaper stay then someone that stays, or used to stay at a Choice Hotel 125+ time per year. Hope you bring it back.

Pretty easy to book a room on the fly while traveling. I often dont know where Ill be staying. Its easy to find a hotel once I do decide.
