I have found it easy to use and convenient. Tracks my reservations, easy to cancel & change. Finding another hotel has worked well. I have a 2014 iPhone 5c.

Why not leave what works alone! This new update you have is confusing and worthless. This app is not worth the trouble lately. It worked flawlessly until you started tinkering with it. Now it does not work most of the time.

This app is SORRY!!! It was good before they updated and now I can very seldom get a room booked without calling the phone number!! I am a Diamond Member so it is not like I have never booked a room!!! They need to get it together!!ASAP

Cant login because of the stupid pictures.

I use this app all the time. It makes it so easy to book rooms.

Took away all of my points and my elite diamond member status.

Not sure why others are having issues. It is working flawlessly for me. Really useful as always. Lots of pictures and details to pick a hotel on the road.

Just on hold twice on phone, cut off. Missing all stays this quarter. Had to reload app which I had NOT done anything to. Now acts like doesnt know me and wont let me put anything in. I just used app last week with no problems . Now my app got stuck and would do nothing except frozen on missing info . Had to delete and reinstall

Free rooms are not easy to come by. Earning points you can actually use is awesome

Have booked, modified and cancelled reservations via the app, no troubles this far.

I believe this app works so the more you check the rate the more it goes up. I checked an Econolodge in Antioch Tennessee yesterday in the am and by evening the rate went up $20. After I selected my room at my discount it said my discount was no longer available. It also said only 1 king room left but when I got there this large hotel only had 8 cars outside!! Their reviews of the hotel said 4 stars when Tripadvisor has numerous complaints.

Unable to use this app. It requires CAPTCHA verification to log in. It gives 9 pics, each about a half a square inch in size & tells u to pic ones with certain traits. No way to zoom the images & barely can make them out. U can alternately try the audio CAPTCHA so that it speaks certain numbers which u have to type in the box. The number pad comes up but the numbers I type do not show in the box, so it remains blank. You could try to use the app without signing in, but that was useless for me as I like to filter room by amenities (i.e. Pet friendly) & didnt get that option in the app. Would just stick to website.

Used to work perfectly but now can search for rooms but picking hotel to book returns a blank page. Have to go to website to continue

Can no longer login. The new captcha feature to verify my devise is impossible to complete. In addition it is requiring me to verify a device already been verified by their system. I ended up having to drive to the hotel and hope they still had a room. If this app isnt improved I will no longer stay at this hotel chain. It isnt worth the hassle. I would give a zero rating if I could.

How hard is it for you make this app work?

The app is terrible. Most of the time it doesnt work correctly. Relight now the quarterly statements are not working. I have called customer service about it and told them how terrible it is and they said "we know."

i hate the web sight too many glitches prefer talking to a live person
