When I travel by myself as a pilot or tournament bowler, I go to this app first! The locations are easy to see, the amenities are clearly listed, and the prices make more travel easily achievable! Semper Volans!!

I was very happy with choice hotels and the name and brand until today two things happened that upset me. 1 I was booking a reward night and it shows no rooms available anymore in the entire town, if I book best available rate, all the girls have rooms, apparently our points are useless. They dont want them. Then when I was looking into this I noticed Ive had zero qualifying stays in the last year. When I look at the list of recent stays there are. Several stays listed. Whats the deal. Are my nights not good enough anymore? They used to be. I got gold status in the same hotels and same length of stays as this year, why dont they count now?

Been using app for several months and am a diamond member. I travel around 250 days a year. I still have to shop around to get the best price

I get an error each time I attempt to sign in on the app after confirming that Im not a robot.

Even though I booked logged in to my Choice Rewards account, the app/website never show my upcoming reservations. Whats the point if I have to manually enter the confirmation numbers to bring them up?

The latest update says it streamlined the booking process. BUT they have put "rapid book" as the only way to book, & I MUST Store my credit card info before I can use it!!! I do NOT like this mandate! Im VERY VERY UNHAPPY w the NEW App update!!! BTW, Im a Platinum member this year, & have been a member since 2000!!!!

Straight forward and super easy to use.. I travel monthly and use this app when staying overnight. One of the best apps I have.

I use it to find affordable hotels and it seems to work.

I have a discount with farm bureau. Recently every time I try to book a room it says that there are no rooms available at this rate. I can get it as cheap through other sites even though it specifically says you wont find a cheaper rate on the internet..

We have enjoyed our stay each time we chose Choice Hotel, the stay was wonderful and the staff was professional and courteous

Unable to log into my account because of the crazy security system they are using! App is completely useless.

Hard to review this app because I absolutely cant log in. No matter how many times I try to verify that Im not a robot, I always get an error pop up. I know my info is correct because I can log in on my computer. But I like the idea of the mobility in an app. Disappointing.
