This app makes reserving rooms Sooo easy!

It worked well for a short time. Then I started having problems with my credit card. I called and got that fixed with choice customer service. A few weeks later it quit working again not the credit card this time. I called again the girl went to check with a supervisor, she came back on and said there is no problem with the app. She asked me to delete it and reload it. I explained that it is hard to do when you are driving down the road. I told her all my other hotel apps work very well. I am considering a change!!

The former web site was user friendly and much faster. Not sure why you decided to go backward but am getting more frustrated every day.

Awful...just awful. Doesnt stay logged in, remember me button doesnt work at all. Half the time it tells me my credit card on file is wrong. Worst business app I use.

Cant be used without connection so its worthless to me on the road.

Nice navigation. Easy to use.

App is not user friendly

It used to to great and was very handy. Dont know what happened. I can look up hotels but it will never let me book them.

Does what I need it to do

Just awful. Impossible to verify device on the phone app. The first thing I tried would not work. Un-usable

Still has bugs, frustrating when it does not work.
