Reservations work but thats about it. Points always shows 0 so I have to call in and find out .

Login issue resolved, THE APP works great. Sometimes choice themselves can be a little rough, by all in all I like it. I use this hotel system almost every week for work.

Need to provide choice rewards hotels that are not updated to standard old hotels that are in serious need of improving their facilities Quality inn and suites in Lavonia Michigan looks like the 1980s

Super easy app to navigate and use. Ive searched hundreds of times with this app, its efficient and stress-free. I typically book from my mobile now and only stay at Choice Hotels. I definitely recommend downloading and using it.

This App is great to use whether making reservations, checking them or while you are traveling.

Highly suggest you join if you plan on staying in rooms two weeks or longer.

This is a diamond member review. I have 200+ hotel stays a year and this was my last at a choice hotel. The app when it functions is fine. But when there is a glitch youre financially at fault. My story: Attempted twice to book a hotel when an error pops up "unable to process, try again later" I give up and stay at a different location. Two weeks later my credit card shows Ive been billed twice for this hotel...twice. Customer service nightmare: 30 minute wait to talk with a representative. They credit one stay back (had hotel credit) and file a request for the second. Ive yet to see any communication about this request. I spent 40 minutes on the phone dealing with this so far. If you have to deal with choice service...good luck. This was my second issue and fifth call. They need to step up their customer care bad!!! See you at Marriott #goneforgood

I have had issues making reservations. The last one everything worked fine until I went to finalize the reservation and it gave an error message. I have had issues in the past also. If you want to see how a hotel app should work go to Hilton.

Ive used choice hotels many,many,many Times (usually comfort inn)... This Quality inn was a horror story...l had reservations, I checked in Sept.1, 2016-9:00pm...I was checked into a used room Garbage, soiled towels, the soap, shampoo and coffee condiments were used... the beds appeared to be made...so it took a minute For me to realize the room hadnt been cleaned...After I complained to the front I was issued clean towels an garbage bags...two other rooms were vacant, but they were on the second floor...since we are Seniors that was Not convenient for us! To top off everything else! Whats the purpose of having a key to the room, if every time we return to the room we are locked out an must go to the front desk to receive entry to the room.... A nightmare!!!

Sometimes it works as expected. Other times its incredibly frustrating and feels archaic. Surprised not more development effort went into this app.

The iphone installation of the app will not allow my account to be viewed. It just skips over it and will not allow you to back up to it. Ipad works fine
