We decided early to use the same group of hotels throughout our vacation and were pleased with using this app to that end.

this app is no good - joined the points program and although i have stayed at four hotels in the last week, no points have accumulated. customer service is weak. just a scam to get you to stay at their hotels: BEWARE!

Does the basics of finding rooms, etc. Would be really nice it it connected to passbook.

With newest version, its now been impossible to book rooms for over a week. Constant "temporary" error message. No help whatsoever from Choice Hotels. Actually, it made me realize those guys may have the worst possible customer service in the industry.

Theres still a bug on this version, my device is an iPad mini and it cant remember our login and password and each time we have to retype, Please fix it.

Have used this app for years but now it is broken and useless. Will not load room lists on my iphone 4. Last version same problem. Updated just now to new version and same issue. Please fix this. As a diamond member of choice I need this app to work.

I liked it but, Apple passport or wallet option should be there

The app wouldnt acknowledge and show my active reservations.

I log in and it gives me wrong points info and doesn’t show the reservation I have. I can see all my info on the website.

I enjoy Choice hotel. The app has been useful over the last few years. One thing that has been lost in the new look has been getting print outs of previous invoices. Please add back.

I have to type in the confirmation number every time I open the app. It wont store it, nor will it export the reservation to Passbook or Calendar. Im seriously dissuaded from staying at this hotel chain, just because I need the Passbook and Calendar interface.

Terrible app. No access to park and fly option. Keeps crashing. Waste of space.

Stupid idea to verify if youre robot. Never get it worked. Delete it forever. No more choice.

Was a good handy app until the last update, now useless

This app proves to be one of my most useful travel tools! It not only provides an easy and reliable portal to a wide variety of well priced motels/hotels, but also gives the user reward points in a simple straight forward platform. For about every 6th to 8th stay you earn a free night at one of their locations! Couldnt ask for better from a free app :D

Not able to save the Extra preferences...error message

This app is clear, accurate and speedy - I use it regularly with great success and am not a high-tech person! Thank you for it.
