Choice Hotels : Book Hotels App Reviews

Same problem as everyone else - app keeps saying error when it tries to verify my device no matter what I do, no matter how many times I delete and reinstall. I have 4 other hotel chain apps that never give me any hassle- this one I have to look then call customer service each time- and last night when I called, even though I never saw anything on my phone, somehow a group RSVP was under my name when I called.. After correcting that they tried to get me sucked into a vacation timeshare spiel ... Will not be booking with any Choice hotels despite my point status !

Works ok most of the time but is far from what it should be. Runs slow and shuts down sometimes.

App is difficult to use. Have to resign in to check reservations when I am already in the app. Very frustrating.

I love the app for the simplicity. However, there seems to always be a glitch. Currently it always requires me to re-input my discount every time I rebook. It is very frustrating but a small price to pay versus calling a hotel and trying to book a room. This could be a 5 star app if it had better tech support.

I just downloaded this app and am very disappointed. I travel with dogs, but there didnt seem to be a way to filter to find pet-friendly choices. Really? What if I wanted to only see options with a pool, or wi-if - or any of the other filters available on the website. To me it makes this app useless.

This app makes reserving a room a snap! I am presently on an extended driving trip from Mississippi to West Virginia and out to Idaho and back. Ive used this app daily. It is very simple and concise. Thank you ChoiceHotels!

App is easy and kept my info for credit card from booking first room but why doesnt it show my points correctly. First it only shows I stayed once but I actually stayed twice. First time was Tuesday April 12 for one night then stayed another night on Monday April 18 but only got points for April 12. And brochure says 10 points for every dollar spent but I spent 70.00 and only received 1120 points. And app says if you stay two different nights between March-may you earn free night but doesnt reflect both my stays.

My credentials are correct. Im able to log in online without a problem. It keeps asking me to verify my device. The captcha Photos are small first of all. However, when Im sure Ive selected all the photos with the grass, trees, water etc...it says theres an error logging in. Ive tried to use the voice selection where it read you the numbers and you type them in but that doesnt work either. Every time I hit "report a problem", it just gives me more numbers. I enter them correctly again to no avail. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled and its still not working.

I like the app, makes easy to find a motel and reservation.

Kicks me out, even when logged in properly. Sluggish Very cumbersome Too time consuming. Easier to log on to website to book rooms, even if I have to pull over and fire up the laptop. Its a real JOKE of an App

Great app. But please add the ability to put their wards card in her book for Apple iOS

Havent been able to log in since you went to the verify phone system. Please fix or I cannot use your hotels...

Keep track of your stay

Heres a good one.....just got off the phone with customer service.....I was told to delete the app and reinstall.....and that should take care of it......but it still doesnt work......months and still doesnt work... It wont allow you to save credit card info.......going on 4 months and still bad......hope they didnt pay much for the app

No issues, smooth experience. I am able to book hotels rooms where and when I need them!

I decided to give the Choice Hotels some of my travel business again, despite having been burned by them years ago. This new app is not user friendly. On two occasions, just after making a reservation, I received emails of additional reservations in my name with my personal information in towns nowhere near where I was actually traveling. Calls to support, and to reservations, were fruitless. This is a review of this app, not customer support at Choice Rewards, but they are deplorable too.
